FAQs

How much are tickets?
Tickets are £10 each for adults, £5 each for children (up to 16 years), with free entry for children under 6.


Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online on our tickets page.


Can I buy tickets on the day?
Any remaining tickets will be available for £10 on the day but we suggest you buy early to avoid disappointment.


I’ve ordered e-tickets but they’ve not arrived
Please first check your email for any emails from our ticketing partner Eventim. If you are still unable to find your e-tickets, please contact Eventim support directly here.


How can I get to and from the airport?
Teesside Airport is accessible by road and there will be parking available on the day.


Is there parking on site?
There are approximately 5,000 parking places available. Places are first come, first served so pre-booking is recommended.


Is parking free?
Parking will be £5 for the full day. Please note, cars cannot be left overnight.


What disabled parking/access is there?
Disabled parking spaces are available and can be booked online on our tickets page.


Is there parking for bikes/scooters/mopeds?
Parking spaces for appropriate bikes, scooters and mopeds etc. is available at a cost of £2.50 per vehicle.


I’m not from the area – where can I stay overnight?
Our partnered hotel is the Holiday Inn Middlesbrough which has a special offer available on the Eventim website for airshow attendees.


Are dogs allowed during the event?
Yes dogs are permitted but must be kept on a lead at all times and dog mess must be picked up. We do not recommend bringing dogs as it will be a very very loud show.


Can we bring our own food to consume during the event?
Yes you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks, however we will also have a food village to cater for your needs for the day.


Can we bring our own alcohol to consume during the event?
No alcohol is allowed on-site, however if you do fancy an alcoholic refreshment then there will be bars available on the day.


Will there be places to buy food or drink?
Yes there will be a food village with everything from fish & chips, burgers, pizza etc with plenty of drinks available.


What time do gates open?
Gates will open at 10am.
